Christmas Eve

We wanted to say that we love Christmas time! All the time spent with family and friends and, of course, enjoying the yummy treats. Some things we love about Christmas include: christmas lights, days off, shiny presents, big bows, decorations, the festive spirit, happiness, family dinners, egg nog, dressing to match the holiday occasions, snow on Christmas morning, remembering the birth of Jesus, and carriage rides. The list could go on.
We feel blessed.

Good Times

So I figure I can handle about one blog a month... just kidding. I really am that busy but I will honestly try to be better about it. I wanted to say that I am excited for Christmas! We have yet to go see the lights at Temple Square but I'm sure we will. It is a tradition. We attempted to go about a week ago with our best triple dating couple friends but then by the time we got downtown the consensus among all of us was that we wanted to eat instead. We ended up at California Pizza Kitchen rather than Temple Square. We love spending time with the Staples and Pyper's. Good friends make life wonderful.

Update

We thought we would give a quick update. About eight months ago we bought our first house! It is a darling townhouse in Draper. Dave has quite the commute now everyday going to and from work. But we love our house. Dave is now working at KJZZ and enjoys his job very much. He is a wonderful husband and an extremely hard worker. I am going on my 7th year as a nanny. Cole is seven and Luke is four. I have also started teaching preschool at The Winner School. Our lives are full and busy but we have a lot of fun and a lot of love.
