Tiny Dancer

Allison had her first dance recital today. She did great and looked ADORABLE! The theme was Beauty and the Beast. She did two dances. Her first dance was tap to the "Gaston" song and then her ballet dance was to "Beauty and the Beast". It was fun that Alli was able to take dance with her good friend Lauren this year. Those girls are too cute and always share a lot of laughs together. She also had a wonderful teacher (Miss Julie). Most of all we love that Allison is loving dance.

Good job Alli girl! We love you, tiny dancer!

We can always come visit but it will be different than a quick stroll down the street after dinner.

This is Allison's dance class. She attends at Miss Julie's and most of the girls in her class are 3-4 years old. It is so much fun for her to be able to go to dance with one of her best friends, Lauren. Alli has her very first recital coming up! It will be so cute, I'm sure! I love dance and I hope she develops a love and appreciation for it too.

Snow Bears

Today was a great snowy day. Alli wanted to go play outside so we all bundled up. This was Benson first real time "playing" in the snow. Allison wanted to build snow Care Bears so Daddy helped her build a lot of them. They built about five or so bears and they all had names. They had a very fun time together. We all love the snow and love playing together as a family. 

And because we love the snow so much and are such awesome, responsible parents; later that night we extra bundled up and walked down to the Conference Center to visit Labu and Papa Phillips while they were giving tours. Parents of the Year. Memories made :)

Growing Up

Benson ate rice cereal for the first time! Yummy, Yummy! He is a great eater and so cute!

Back to January and beyond....

We had a Very Merry Un-Birthday party to celebrate Benson and Eva.

Benson is six months and Eva is one month old!

Lights!

We had a little Christmas gathering with the Phillips to choose names for Christmas and to go see the lights. It turned out to be such a fun night. We ate dinner and indulged with these Santa treats I made. They were cute and super yummy! Then...lights time! We bundled up and I mean bundled--it was cold!  

 I can't remember if there were two or three layers under there. Looking cozy and cute either way :)

 It is so much fun having two kiddos! Love my little family!!!

Pajama Party

Allison's preschool had a Pajama Christmas Party before their Christmas break. She was so excited to wear jammies to school! They played games, did a gift exchange (alli and lauren chose each other), and the families were invited to come watch The Grinch Who Stole Christmas for the last part of class. I love being able to watch her interact with her friends at school. Oh and they sang Jingle Bells while shaking bells! It was so cute!
